The Criterion:
- If this lawyer has some advocatory qualifying period and compearance experience, besides he can identify legal risks and find cases similar to the client's case then he is satisfactory.
- Furthermore, if the lawyer has significant advocatory qualifying period and more won cases than failed cases, then he is very satisfactory.
- If the lawyer has everything abovementioned and wide legal practice (variety of cases), and teaching experience at the university, then he is more than satisfactory.
- If the lawyer has everything abovementioned and a high level of trust, then he is perfect.
- If the lawyer has everything abovementioned and a very high level of trust, but doesn’t have the teaching experience, then he is perfect.
- If the lawyer is a novice lawyer, and has a small advocatory qualifying period and compearance experience or has fewer successfully won cases than failed cases, or low degree of trust, then he is not very satisfactory (not meeting the requirements).
